In the before picture Lil' Kim's face looks fresh, vibrant and healthy. But in the after picture it looks fixed, frozen, and almost like a Hollywood wax sculpture of herself. By the time the before and after the photo was taken, it's odd that she would feel the need to tweak anything on her face. I'm sure she'd pay a fortune now to get that version of her face back because it seems like all she does now is try and correct the damage. Plastic surgery can become a very expensive addiction both financially and emotionally.
This before and after photo show's Lil' Kim from her start in 1995 all the way up to the 2000's. She had already gotten Botox by the time of the third photo. What happened that brought her to the point of the fourth picture, though? It wasn't a subtle transformation from getting to that third image to the fourth. It seemed like all the sudden one day she looked entirely different. She'd always had subtle alterations that everyone noticed, but nothing like that. Did she just get an awful plastic surgeon? Did she just swing for the fences on one plastic surgery thinking that would bring her physical perfection that would ultimately make her happy? Being in front of the camera every time you step out of your house coupled with already being insecure about your appearance can be a dangerous combination. Unfortunately, it leads to this in Lil' Kim's case.
It's always amazing just how many times these plastic surgery disasters go under the knife on their path to destruction. It's almost never one poorly done procedure that gets them to that point. Rather, it's a collection of several procedures. It's an unhealthy freight train that has destination tragedy written all over it. I just don't understand how a plastic surgeon can ethically do this. On top of that, I'm sure she was paying for the services of who she believed to be at the top of their field. After all, celebrities only go to the plastic surgeons that are considered the "the best" by the people in their crowd.
This before and after photo shows how it's hard to pull off heavy makeup when your face is full of Botox and filler.
Her early music was awesome, and she's an incredibly talented artist, so it's unfortunate to see. Hopefully, Lil' Kim will get her face looking back to normal one day.
